*7-Day/500-Mile Exchange Policy — Limitations and Exclusions: Vehicle must be returned to the Jim Hudson franchised dealership where purchased within 7 calendar days of purchase, with no more than 500 additional miles on the odometer, and in the same condition as received. Vehicle must be free of all liens and encumbrances other than the original purchase financing lien. The vehicle’s base purchase price, excluding closing fee, tag, title and infrastructure fee, will be credited toward the purchase of another vehicle of equal or greater value that is in stock at a Jim Hudson franchised dealership at the time of exchange. Financing is subject to third-party lender approval. No cash alternative. Policy applies only to the original vehicle purchase and is limited to one exchange per calendar year, including purchases involving joint ownership.^ 3-Month/3,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty — Limitations and Exclusions: Included with the purchase of an eligible pre-owned vehicle at no additional charge.
