I was down with Covid last week and had been shopping for a Tundra for 4 months Had several trucks I had found but they were 300 to 500 miles from home. So during my stay at home covid deal I reached out to Christopher at Jim Hudson Toyota.He asked me what I was looking for knowing or thinking well this is just another salesman that is full of it.You know a regular car salesman HaHa . As a day or three went by im still looking. Then Sept 28th at 8pm I get a phone call from Christopher and said Mr Hundley I think I have something you may want to look at . I told him I was sick and couldn't get out .He said he would bring the truck over and see if I liked it.Well he did and it's in my possession. I have never ever dealt with such a relaxed salesman in my life.Was not pushy and he found me a truck in 3 days that I had looked for months for. As he sit I'm my house and I signed papers he not one time tried to sell me on stuff I really didn't want. And he has kept in contact with me since then to see if I was still happy etc. So my hats off to Jim Hudson Toyota and I think I have finally at 66 years of age found a dealership I can trust and feel comfortable to not get ripped off. Thanks Christopher for being a honest straight forward type of man.Even with your pretty pink shirt.Takes a grown man to wear Pink Shirt and Pink Shoes to work buddy. I took my mom to find a new car and she specifically wanted a Toyota. We drove 45 minutes to Jim Hudson Toyota after visiting the Toyota dealer in Lugoff SC whom had very little selection on the lot. Mom picked out three small SUVs and we narrowed it down to one which took about 30 minutes. In the time we were there, we had zero contact with anyone except one young man who was moving a vehicle nearby. I spoke to him and it appeared he may not have heard me, or pretended not to. We waited another 10-15 minutes and decided to leave. I say this only as a consumer as well as someone who worked in customer service ans sales in the past, you lost a sale. It may not have been a huge sale, but a sale nonetheless. We went to Steve Padgett's Honda across the interstate where we were immediately greeted, then left alone to look around. As soon as we decided on which one she wanted to test drive, Nicolette and Ronnie were like mind readers and were already on the way to answer questions. Disappointed with Toyota and the group of sales people congregating at the front of the building on Saturday 8/31. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe it was miscommunication, maybe I'm overreacting. Update. 9/5/24 I received a response from Kaitlyn Piorkowski, Customer Relations Manager with Jim Hudson, and wanted to update my review. I understand that some situations are out of our control, and that we as humans are not perfect. I want to thank Kaitlyn and Jim Hudson for reaching out. It shows you guys care. Thanks!

Went to the dealership to get more details about a vehicle I been eyeing when I ran into my good friend DeYerris York! Not only a great guy , but he also showed immediate interest in wanting to show me more about the vehicle I came to see. Overall , great experience and would 100% recommend!

Jackie is by far the best sales rep. If you want to find the right car with no pressure I’d suggest you ask for her. on Wednesday 7/24 I sent an inquiry on the website, I had no leads and the other dealerships were a hassle to work with, 10 minutes later Tom Burley calls me to talk about the Corolla i was interested in, we talk about my finances and how could this possibly look like. 30 minutes later Tom had an offer that met my needs. I can't speak highly enough of this man, his effectiveness and his help made a difference to us. Please don't hesitate to reach for him, wether you're an immigrant or a citizen it doesn't matter, Tom will work on it within minutes and meet you halfway Thank you Tom, I wish you all the best man.
